Window and door systems

Aluminum window and door systems allow the construction of many different types of windows and doors, depending on the scope of use and detailed requirements for functionality, aesthetics, thermal insulation, burglary protection, smoke leakage or fire resistance.

The systems include both structures without thermal insulation designed for the construction of internal partitions or balcony glazing, as well as solutions based on thermally insulated profiles.

The systems are available in 180 RAL colors.



MB 45

Description
The structural depth of the window sections is 45 mm (frame), 54 mm (casement), and the door: 45 mm and 45 mm respectively.

Application
The MB-45 system is intended to build constructions that do not require thermal insulation, e.g.: various types of partition walls, windows, doors, including manual and automatic sliding doors, swing doors, vestibules, checkout booths, display cases, spatial structures. The MB-45 system also serves as the base for special solutions: partitions and MB-45D (class S30) smoke-control doors and the so-called MB-45S groove-fitted doors.

Accessories
Large selection of door sealing variants as well as the shape and height of thresholds.

Certifications
ITB Technical Approval (Issued by the Polish Building Research Institute), AT-15-5176 / 2009, AT-15-5163 / 2009.



MB 60

Description
The MB-60 profiles have a three-chamber structure. The structural depth of the window sections is 60 mm (frame), 69 mm (casement), and for doors: 60 mm and 60 mm, respectively.

Application
The MB-60 system is meant for exterior architectural building elements that require thermal and acoustic insulation, e.g.: various types of windows, doors, vestibules, display windows, spatial structures. The MB-60 serves as a base for solutions with improved thermal insulation: MB-60HI, MB-60US HI, MB-60E HI, MB-60EF HI.

Accessories
There is a possibility of producing two-colored constructions: profiles can have a different color on the outside and a different one on the inside. There is also a possibility of applying a hidden leaf.

Certifications
PZH (Issued by the National Institute of Hygiene) MB systems certification. The possibility of CE marking.



MB 70

Description
The MB-70 system is characterized by a very low heat-transfer coefficient U, thanks to the use of special thermal separators and gaskets. This is of great importance in the era of increasing demands for energy management and environmental protection.

Application
The MB-70 is a modern aluminum system meant for realizations requiring thermal and acoustic insulation of exterior architectural building elements, e.g.: various types of windows, doors, vestibules, display windows, spatial structures.

Accessories
The structures are adapted to different types of fittings, including hinges hidden in the windows and roller hinges in the door.

Certifications
PZH (Issued by the National Institute of Hygiene) MB systems certification.



MB SLIDE

Description
The structural depth of leaf profiles is 37 mm (apart from horizontal profiles in the MB-Slide ST) and of frames: 50 mm (double track frames) and 97 mm (triple-track frames) respectively. The system offers great possibilities of space arrangement: the maximum dimensions of leaves: H 2600 mm, L: 1800 mm, max. weight 160kg. There are various constructional variants available, ranging from 2 to 6 modules. They may be fitted with glazing sets up to 26 mm in thickness.

Application
The systems are designed for construction of thermally insulated sliding windows and doors, which can be built in masonry walls, aluminum facades, winter gardens or window displays.

Accessories
There is a possibility of applying elegant inside fittings.

MB 77 HS

Description
Durable and slender profiles enable the construction of a low-threshold door, the leaf’s weight up to 400 kg, height of 3.2 m and width of 3.3 m. The system is available in two different construction options, differing in thermal insulation: ST and HI.

Application
The lift-slide door is an ideal choice for connecting rooms or winter gardens with the outside balcony, terrace or garden space.

Accessories
There is a possibility of producing triple-track structures with up to 6 leaves.



Energy-efficient systems

Energy efficiency and unique design are the hallmarks of modern construction. Designing buildings that are self-sufficient in terms of energy becomes a necessity.

Aluminum products fit into the current trends in energy-efficient construction. Selection of suitable window frames is one of the most important factors influencing the energy efficiency of your home.

The location in relation to directions of the world, the size of windows and fenestration, as well as the appropriate parameters, are of significance. When selecting windows particular attention should be paid to Uf and Uw cooefficients. The lower the value, the better.



MB 86

Description
The structural depth of the window profiles is 77 mm (frame), 86 mm (casement), and for the door 77 mm and 77 mm, respectively.

Application
The MB 86 window and door system is a product with very good parameters, providing the opportunity to meet the diverse needs of users. There are 3 types of profiles: ST, SI and AERO. The MB 86 is the world's first system of aluminum windows and doors, which employs aerogel - a material with excellent thermal insulation. The two-component central gasket perfectly seals and thermally insulates the space between the leaf and frame. The profile shapes are tailored to different types of fittings including the hidden ones.

Accessories
Wide range of glazing enables the use of all common types of glass, including two-chamber, acoustic or anti-burglary ones. Water draining is available in two variants: traditional or concealed.



MB 104

Description
The structural depth of the window profiles is 95 mm (frame), 104 mm (leaf). The MB 104 Passive is the system with the highest thermal insulation, meeting all the requirements for components used in passive constructions.

Application
This system is used to make exterior architectural development elements, e.g.: various types of windows, vestibules, display windows and spatial structures, which are characterized by excellent thermal and acoustic insulation, as well as water and air tightness and high structural strength. There are two variants of the MB 104 Passive profiles available, depending on the requirements for thermal energy saving: SI and Aero.

Accessories
Traditional or concealed hinges may be applied. Large range of glazing, up to 81 mm.

Facade systems

Facade systems are used to construct glazed facades of buildings such as banks, hotels, office buildings, car showrooms, sports halls and many others.

They are also used for many spatial structures and roof glazing that is meant to light interiors of buildings and create an appropriate atmosphere and comfort for users.

Systems are available in 180 RAL colors.



MB SR 50

Description
The structural depth of the profiles is 50 mm, rounded external edges give the so-called soft-line effect, large range of profiles and accessories for angled joints, both symmetrical and non-symmetrical.

Application
The MB-SR50 is intended for constructing and creating light curtain walls of hanging and filling type, as well as roofs, skylights and other structures.

Accessories
Wide range of glazing as well as insulators and accessories enable achieving a high level of thermal insulation of facades.

MB TT 50

Description
In accordance with current trends in architecture, the shapes of profiles enable the mullions and transoms to be flush on the inside of the façade. A number of angle connections enables the design of spatial structures. It offers a favorable heat coefficient for the whole structure.

Application
The mullion-transom facade system enables the construction of curtain or filling walls, roofs and spatial structures. It gives a wide of development possibilities, it is also intended as a base for anti-fire and anti-burglary solutions.

Accessories
The MB-TT50 gives the opportunity of connecting with a full range of other system solutions that are provided by the manufacturer.
